3D Projection

So I don't know if you all have seen these videos (they have been around for a minute), but if not you should definitely check them out. They show a new technology that maps and projects moving 3D images onto walls, cars, buildings, whatever.... The videos show all of the various ways that the technology can be used, but for me I feel that the best way to utilize this sort of thing would to be at a concert. Imagine going to see your favorite DJ or Artist/Band and this stuff is going on all around you. The hard part would be touring with this projection/lighting rig because each venue is different and the mapping would have to be redone for each venue. I have no idea how long that takes but it probably takes a long time to do something like that. I guess I would like to see a venue built where the lighting system is based on this type of 3D Imaging, then it would be set up and could stay there, changing visuals based on whatever artists is there. Eitherway this stuff is pretty cool. Check it out and tell us what you think.
